He has also owned and operated a number of serviced apartment buildings in London, a 200 room hotel in Miami, USA and 3 award winning UK based hotels.
Andrew Endean MRICS - Development Director
Andrew Endean, Chartered Surveyor is the Development Director of Sansar Developments, with 27 years of experience in the construction, design and development sectors. Andrew has been actively involved in projects with a total capital expenditure spending excess of £750 million. Completed projects include five new build Village Hotels of £110 million , 16,000m2 Kensington Village development of A grade office space and the construction of Malmaison, De vere and Swiss Hotel branded hotels . Other completed projects include a national roll out of MWB business exchange serviced offices , the development of the Liberty department store on Regent Street, the development of the new Carrick golf course , Oulton Hall in Leeds and Slaley Hall in the North east of England. Andrew managed a team of 20 hotel construction specialist whilst in the position of Development Director at the AHG Group.
Jonathan Cooper MRICS - Special projects
Jonathan graduated with a degree in Estate Management at Southbank University in 1992 with an BSc Hons MRICS. Following his studies, he travelled extensively through South East Asia and qualified as Chartered Surveyor in 1997. Over the past 26 years he has gained valuable experience working in Shopping Centre management for Capital and Counties PLC (Lakeside Thurrock, The Glades and Harlequin shopping centres). He has also worked for his family's Office agency "Brian Cooper and Co" and Allsops. He then joined the client side and worked for Property Development Company Towntalk and was Co-Founder of Even Group.
Richard Dines - Design Consultant
Richard has 34 years experience in the building design industry and has worked extensively in the architectural and Interior design fields . Richard’s expertise is in concept design , space planning and design delivery for residential and commercial projects . His passionate and energetic approach to design strives to fulfil fresh and vibrant solutions to any variety of design brief. Previous experience in both the United Kingdom and Overseas has led to the successful delivery of many and a wide variety of projects. Richard has provided design and delivery for high residential end developments, private offices, Genting casino’s , K+K Hotels ( Europe ) , Malmaison hotel group , private bar / restaurant owners , private high end residential homes , private schools, offices and city university apartments.
Vinesh Parekh - Financial Controller
A highly experienced and professional Finance Controller in the hospitality industry. Vinesh has an extensive track record of driving finance operations and broader business performance. Experience involves ‘Aaran Group’, which operated hostels, bar and various internet based booking engines, where he managed cash flows, budgets and financial reports for over 10 years. Further he has held financial and accounts positions across travel, leisure and retail industries, enjoying a progressive career. Previous employers include Fairs Fare Ltd, Kenwood Travels and Bair Travels.
